Due to the shaking and twisting of the vehicle, the seats and seats rubbed against each other, causing lacerations and holes in the standing and partition parts.
The current situation is that this occurs and shortens the lifespan of the hood, making it less durable. Once the hood seam 1- is damaged, the repair work involves removing the hood from the vehicle, cutting out the damaged part of the 1st part, and repairing the damaged part locally using cloth. Regardless of how many pieces the center part of the tree can be used, it is necessary to replace the new hood with a new hood, Il, However, there was a drawback that it caused an economic burden.

A new canopy to be replaced is stored in the hollow tube 1 of the canopy frame to be replaced.
i. The inventor previously made a hollow tube for a rectangular cylindrical canopy by cutting out a part of the part corresponding to the bottom of the canopy. , a continuous hood sheet storage f'l'h'J'+ is provided along the hollow tube on the inner circumferential surface of the corner part 1, while inserting the M street connection 1a into the notch section. Insert the retaining parts fixed to the length h of both ends of the hood sheet into the retracting groove to store the hood sheet (=I). -4・74・3()) but no Ij

The hollow tube 1 of the hood bone to be inserted is not integrally formed into a long F 5 shape, but the water tF part (ceiling part or 1 wood crown) of the rectangular -1 side or the F side. The 6 hollow tubes in the standing parts on both sides are formed into a U-shape or an inverted U-shape, and the hollow tubes I on the J-shaped inner circumferential surface are continuous 1. It is equipped with a hood seat storage area 2. 3 and 11 show the conventional hood 4. A front view and a side view showing the U-shaped hollow tube 1 of each hood bone, which corresponds to the lower water 11 portion of the hood bone that is connected to the hinge part of the hood and houses the new hood sheet, are shown. A buffer connector 7 is inserted between each notch end face of the floor surface portion of .1.

At the same time, the canopy fitting 2 of the hollow tube 1 of each canopy is placed against the peak 4a of the conventional canopy, and the conventional canopy 40111 part 4 is inserted through the groove 2.
U-shaped hollow tube 1 by pushing a into the hollow tube 1
The hood seams 1-4 and b are inserted between the hollow tubes 1 and 1 of the old hood bone, and the hood seams 1-4 and b are inserted between each of the adjacent hollow tubes 1 and 1. A conventional canopy is stretched over and connected to each U-shaped hollow tube at its 1ζ side I7J side and Iζ61 side. And separately 1 - hood sheet storage for the registered hollow tube 1! 7T2, by removably inserting the engagement dowels 6, 6 that form the replacement hood sheets 3, 3 on both sides thereof, and storing them inside the hood sheets 4, b of the conventional hood 1. By joining these two hoods 3 and 4h within the hollow tube 1 with an appropriate length l, the unreleased Iv1 is completely implemented. That is, in the 11111 diagram of the completed connecting hood in which the present invention can be implemented in Fig. 5 (1,), f21, IJ, and Fig. The bonded state with the hood sheets 3, 3 manufactured by the manufacturer is shown. 5th jll, (2+In the illustration, the hollow tube 1 of each hood bone is inserted from the inside of the conventional hood ± (=1 small [1]

In addition, -1- When inserting the hood sheet 3゜3 of the vehicle distribution 11 into the hollow tube 1, it is joined at the lower side of the U-shaped hollow tube 1 with tY>coming hood seam 14/y and the 4th dimension part peg. A fastening bolt 8 is provided in advance from the outside of the hollow tube I at an appropriate position of the joint portion by drilling an unthreaded through hole 9 in the tube wall of the hollow tube I in the direction opposite to the receiving groove 2. The tip of the fastening bolt 8 marked - is inserted into the through hole 9, and the insertion hole 4C of the conventional hood sheet 4bK is penetrated.

A folded ridge portion of a conventional hood is removably inserted into the fitting groove 2 of the hollow tube, and separately from this, a retaining portion 4 is inserted so as to overlap the conventional hood that fits into the hollow tube. :The replacement hood sheet with A is removably press-fitted into the hollow tube to restore the rectangular cylindrical hood. In this way, the conventional hood ± and the newly manufactured hood sheet IIX are fitted inside the above U-shaped hollow tube 11-1 and immovably fastened with a bold bolt to secure the joint of the two) J hood sheets. After being removably fastened and fixed, the hood bone in the steel wire core of the hood is securely held by each U-shaped hollow tube.
1. Both the old and new hood sheets are connected, and the hoods are not removed from the joints fl- and j of the hood N hollow tubes. 合In a connecting hood for a vehicle that is designed to accommodate both ends of a rectangular cylindrical connecting hood containing a copper wire core therein, at least one approximately horizontal portion is placed at one or more locations on the lower or upper part of the connecting hood for a vehicle. −
Each hood frame of a rectangular cylindrical hood frame is made up of independent hollow tubes, and the hood is continuous along the hollow tubes on the inner peripheral surface of the rectangular cylindrical hood frame. A hollow section of each hood bone is provided with a seat mounting groove, and the retaining portions formed in the longitudinal direction of both ends of the hood sheet can be inserted into the mounting grooves of the hollow tube described in -1-. In the pipe, each of the canopy bones is not formed into a single rectangular body, but is formed into a U-shape including a part corresponding to the lower horizontal part and both sides, and a hollow pipe of each of the canopy bones in the U-shape is formed. Abut the cut end surfaces of the rectangular cylindrical canopy containing the steel wire core described in 1. The hood is housed in a hollow tube and stretched between the hood frames of each hollow tube, and the hood sheet of the hollow tube of each hood bone is attached to the hood from the inside of the steel wire core-containing hood sheet, which is separately stretched between the hood frames of each hollow tube. In the groove, there is a retaining part 4.
A joining method for middle and dual-use Okiyui 1, characterized by inserting a hood sheet having g and joining the above-mentioned two hood sheets in a hollow tube.
