次にセグメント本体を組立てて、各セグメント本体と掘
削面間に充填材注入用膨張箱を圧接して密封を行うシー
ルド工法のセグメント裏込め方法に関する。従来、シー
ルド工法における裏込め作業においては、裏込材がシー
ルドのテール部への漏洩や流出&ま避は難い欠点があっ
たが、本発明は上述の欠点を解決するため、シールドの
テール内面に沿い順次にセグメント本体を組立てて覆工
環を形成する場合、各セグメント本体の上部セグメント
の背面に伸縮自在にアコーディオンシャッターを囲繞し
て掛止すると共に、上部に薄鋼板を重合的に掛止して充
填材注入用膨張箱を形成し、各セグメント本体に設けら
れた適宜数の注入孔より充填材を注入して、アコーディ
オンシャッターを膨張させて薄鋼板を掘削面に押上げて
密着せしめ、シールドの推進に伴ない各セグメント本体
に対し直ちに裏込め作業を行って、作業性の向上を図っ
たシールド工法におけるセグメントの裏込め方法を提供
するものである。次に、本発明の実施例を図面に基づい
