  1. 円板状カッターの外周部の１個処もしくは複数何処に段
    を設け、該段の基部から前記外周部の周方向に、前記段
    の頂部に向って前記カッター中心よりの半径が漸増する
    滑らかな曲線よりなる基部を形成させ、該基部を刃部と
    したことを特徴とするロータリカッター
