    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 近接状に離間して対向する建物構造物間に設置され、上
    記の少なくとも一方の建物構造物上に笠木ホルダーを介
    して水辺笠木を設けて成るエキスパンション・ジヨイン
    トにおいて、上記水切笠木と建物構造物との間に形成さ
    れ且つ該水切笠木の水切り基部側及び水切り端部側の両
    端に空気の流通可能な間隙を有する空間の上記水切り基
    部側間隙内に弾性材を介設して該間隙を封止し、上記水
    切笠木と建物構造物との間に外部からの風雨吹込圧に対
    して常に等圧状態を保持する空気の滞留空間を形成した
    ことを特徴とするエキスパンション・ジヨイントの風雨
    吹込防止装置。
