  1. 一面に開口したフランジ部を有し該フランジ部から一体
    的に起立した周側壁と天頂部とを分割形成し、天頂部内
    面を振動減衰材で覆うとともに、該振動減衰材の外延端
    縁を前記天頂部と周側壁との間に挟持するように合体し
    てなる防振カバー。
