Claims (1)
上記圧力室と上記貯留室とをつなぐバイパス通路と、上

設定値よりも高くなったときに上記補助バイパス通路を
開き、上記バイパス弁に作用している背圧を解放するリ
リーフ弁と、上記圧力室内の圧力に応じて変位する応動
