【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車用天井内装材の改良に関するものである

本体の端方部も車体の天井部に予め設けられたウィンド
シールドヘッダインナーと称せられる取付金に固定する

接着するとともにこの巻き込み接着した部分とリテーナ
の端部とを合成樹脂成形品等よりなる挟持部材に嵌挿挾
持させるのを普通とし、内装材本体をその端方部をもっ
てリテーナに皺寄りなく取付ける作業に熟練と手数を要
するばかりでなく挾持部材を必ず使用せねばならず、ま
た、接着剤による接着であるために経時変化等によって
接着力が劣化したり金属板材よりなるリテーナが錆びて
劣化して長期耐用できない等積々の問題点が残されてい
る。

徴とするものである。

れた係止用切欠ハに係止させるようになっており、また
、第3図に示す第3の実施例においては前記2実施例と
同様の固定板部5に透設した孔に固定具6としての押ボ
タン状のクリップを取付け、このクリップをもってリテ
ーナ3を取付金口に係止固定するようになっており、さ
らに、第2図、第3図に示す第2、第3の実施例におい
てリテーナ3の内装材取付部3′にはその端部にフック
部7を屈曲形成して該フック部7を前記取付金口の端縁
にも係止させてリテーナ3と取付金口との固定を一層適
確なものとすると同時に該フック部7を利用して仮止め
することにより固定具6による固定作業を一層容易にで
きるようになっており、特に第2図に示す第2の実施例
においてはフック部7に係止用突部8をプレス成形して
この係止用突部8を取付金口に設けた係止孔二に係止さ
せてフック部7の取付金口に対する係止をより適確なも
のとしている。

なるが、このリテーナ3は肉薄の鉄板その他の金属板材
よりなるリテーナ主体20表面に塩化ビニール樹脂等の
熱可塑性合成樹脂層1を層着したものであって、内装材
本体4はその端方部が該リテーナ3の一側方部に形成さ
れる内装材取付部3′の該熱可塑性合成樹脂層1に対し
高周波溶着法等の溶着手段たより予め溶着一体化されて
いるから、接着剤や挾持部材を使用してリテーナ3を取
付ける場合に比較して極めて強固に一体化され、経時変
化やクリープ現象の生ずることもないから使用中に剥離
するおそれもないうえリテーナ主体2が金属板材よりな
るもので水漏れ等によって錆び易いものであるに拘らず
その表面の熱可塑性合成樹脂層1の防錆効果により錆付
きによる劣化もないから、長期耐用できる利点がある。

により接着するとともにこの巻き込み接着した部分とリ
テーナの端部とを挾持部材に嵌挿挾持させて天井部に取
付けるという内装作業に比較して熟練を要しないうえに
作業時間も著しく短縮され、リテーナ3と内装材本体4
とが充分な強度により一体化されているため挟持部材は
必要に応じ使用すればよくて部品点数を少なくでき、さ
らに、接着剤を使用しないため作業環境もよくなる等積
々の利点もある。
