調節板とを設けた肉截断機において、上記截断調節板の
丸刃対向部分が、内側に切欠きを形成され先端が狭幅突
条部に形成され、かつ、少なくと机下部側の刃先側が研
磨により小径になった場合の上記丸刃刃先に近接される
