    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コイル状に巻回されたヒータと、前記ヒータの内部にセ
    ラミックス支持体を装着するか、または装着することな
    （前記ヒータコイルを埋設するように溶射法で形成せし
    めた第１の絶縁物と、前記第１の絶縁物とカソード本体
    との間に埋込まれた第２の絶縁物とを具備したことを特
    徴とする電子管用カソードヒータ構体。
