路の端子間に並列接続され定常時は必要とする励磁パワ
ーのベース分を与えるよう点弧制御され、且つ負荷短絡
時に上記一方の界磁巻線に与える励磁パワーを増大すべ
(消弧制御されるサイリスタと、発電機の端子間電圧を
監視し負荷側の短絡事故を検出する短絡事故検出装置と
、発振周期を任意に可変でき発振出力を以って上記サイ
リスタを点弧制御する・弛張発振回路と、短絡事故検出
装置より出力される事故信号を基に弛張発振回路の発振
を停止する回路とでそれぞれ構成したことを特徴とする
