Claims (1)
- 口の字形形状をなす空心コイルが次々と斜めに積層され
てなる空心コイル群と、磁石および該磁石を挟着し該磁
石に関する磁束が通る所定の磁路を形成する界磁とから
なり前記空心コイル群の一部を挾み込むとともに該一部
に生じる力の反力により前記空心コイル群に沿って移動
する移動子とを具備し、前記空心コイルに励磁電流を順
次切り換えて供給することによ？て前記移動子の位置決
めを行なうことを特徴とする直流リニアモータ。
