Claims (1)

ることにより、前記網状電極、支持体、光電面および前
記容器内壁に囲まれる空間を前記容器内の他の空間と連
通させることにより、光電面の形成に用いるアルカリ金
属の環流路を形成することにより、光電面と網状電極間
空間の耐圧特性を改善したことを特徴とする光電変換管
