A leaf spring insertion part and a panel guide insertion groove communicating with the leaf spring insertion part are provided on the side surface of the case, and the leaf spring integrated with the panel guide is inserted into the leaf spring insertion part, and the panel guide insertion part is inserted into the panel guide insertion groove. The video cassette is configured such that the guard panel is fixed in an open state and a closed state by inserting a guide and bringing the end face of the panel guide into pressure contact with the end face of a case attachment portion of the guard panel.
