However, this method requires a great deal of technical experience, and it is difficult to adjust the injection amount of plastic resin.
In addition, there are disadvantages such as deformation due to uneven distribution of the injection material after surgery, various problems due to the large size and weight, and large scars during surgical insertion. .

The inventor of the present invention aimed to develop an artificial breast that overcomes the drawbacks described above, can be easily operated, does not undergo deformation after the operation, and can be easily removed even if deformation occurs. As a result of extensive research, we discovered that the purpose could be achieved by using two types of inserts, a gel-like substance and air, and performing corrective shaping depending on the amount of air injected. Based on these findings, the present invention has been completed.

That is, the present invention airtightly adheres a flexible plastic fixing having 1 elasticity to a circular hard plastic substrate having a large number of notches 1 on one periphery, and
filling the inside of the inner bag with a gel-like substance and filling the gap formed between the substrate and the bag with air;
To provide an artificial breast which has a relatively light convex lens shape as a whole and is small and stable due to a gel capsule.

The interior 4 of the soft plastic packaging 2 is filled with a gel-like substance, and the gap 5 formed between the substrate 1 and the substrate 2 is filled with a gaseous substance. The whole lens has a convex lens shape. The tubes 6 and 7 are a gel-like substance injection tube and a gaseous substance injection tube, respectively, and the hole 8 is for ligating the artificial breast with connective tissue M inside the body.

Although hard silicone is suitable as the material for the substrate 1 in the present invention, other hard plastics such as hard polyvinyl chloride, polyolefin, polyfluorinated olefin, etc. can also be used. In addition, as the material for the material 2, soft silicone having a certain degree of expansibility is preferable.

Next, as a gel-like substance to be filled inside the inner bag 4, gel-like silicone, hydrous polyvinyl alcohol, or the like is used. Further, although air is normally used as the gaseous substance to fill the gap 5 between the substrate 1 and the substrate 2, an inert gas such as nitrogen may also be used.

To treat a woman with the artificial breast of the present invention, first, a predetermined cut is made in the epidermis, a structure consisting of the substrate 1 and the same material 2 is inserted under the mammary gland tissue, and the necessary parts of the periphery of the substrate 1 are tied with binding fibers. After fixing the tube and suturing it leaving the injection tubes 6 and 7, an appropriate amount of gel-like substance is injected through the injection tube 6 to give it a rough shape.

The injection tube 6 is sealed and cut, the remaining part is pushed into the epidermis and sutured, and then an appropriate amount of gaseous substance is injected through the injection tube 7.
Advantageously, this is done by sealing and cutting the injection tube 7 after final shaping of the whole, and pushing the remaining part into the epidermis and suturing it.

By performing the procedure as described above, the incision is small and the external wound is hardly noticeable, and there is no harm to mammary gland function or other tissues. Also, after 2-9 months, bonding fibers form around the semicircular capsule, making the breast prosthesis more stable and able to withstand external impacts.
