Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　オーブン庫にヒータを設置し、オーブン庫の中心部
    にマイクロ波を攪拌する回転羽根を設け、回転羽根の周
    囲に通気口を有する立壁を設けて、ヒータで加熱した空
    気を回転羽根の回転によりオーブン庫内に循環させるよ
    うになしたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置のヒータ加
    熱構造。 ２　上記立壁として円筒状のものを用いた前記実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高周波加熱装置のヒータ加
    熱構造。 ３　上記通気口として立壁全周面に複数個の孔を形成し
    た前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項若しくは第２項記
    載の高周波加熱装置のヒータ加熱構造。 ４　上記立壁をオーブン庫の壁面に着脱可能に取り付け
    た前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項若しくは
    第３項記載の高周波加熱装置のヒータ加熱構造。
