[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is a mat that is used for jumping equipment, which is an exercise equipment for promoting health, by weaving it into a plain weave using a drawn thread made of chemical fibers, and then processing the surface to make the weave flat. This invention relates to a mat fabric intended to prevent the weave from collapsing due to unbalanced loads.

Conventionally, the fabrics used for jumping equipment have mainly been made of hemp fibers called canvas, or blended or interwoven with synthetic fibers, but the weave of hemp products tends to deteriorate over time. Synthetic fiber products have the drawbacks of softening, stains becoming noticeable, fibers being abraded by washing, and fabric stretching.Furthermore, synthetic fiber products tend to have joints that collapse under unbalanced loads, causing damage.

In view of these conventional deficiencies, this invention was created by applying a calendering process to the fabric, which is plain woven using aligned threads made of chemical fibers, to suppress the surface of the fabric, flatten the weaves, and bring them into close contact, keeping the shape stable. To provide a mat material which prevents joints from collapsing even under unbalanced loads and which can maintain its effect semi-permanently.

As shown in Figure 1, the fabric structure of the matte fabric 1 is composed of a plain weave with warp threads 2 made of four drawn threads and weft threads 3 made of three drawn threads, making the fabric durable. making it possible.

The warp threads 2 and the weft threads 3 are both made of a plain-woven fabric made of chemical fibers, which are made of aligned threads that intertwine vertically and alternately. The surface of the fabric is further suppressed by calendering, so that the texture of the surface is flat. I am doing it.

In addition, as shown in the opening of Figure 1, in the cross section, the weave surplus parts 2a and 3a where both the warp threads 2 and the weft threads 3 are exposed are pressed against the round threads, making the upper surfaces flat, and are in close contact with the threads on both sides. It is in a state.

On the other hand, the threads in the weave surplus portions 2d and 3d, which are covered under other threads, remain in their original round shapes.

Next, as shown in Fig. 2, the jumping equipment using this mat material is made of a circularly cut mat 1 with holes drilled over the entire periphery, and a metal ring having a diameter larger than the circular mat 1. A frame body 4 is provided, a circular mat 1 is placed inside the frame body 4, and both are suspended via conical springs 6, 6, . . . to unfold the mat 1.

Therefore, since the circular mat 1 is plain woven with both the warp threads 2 and the weft threads 3 made of parallel yarns made of chemical fibers, they are alternately and closely interlaced with each other, making it extremely durable.

Furthermore, since the surface of the cloth is subjected to a suppression process by calender processing, the weave surplus parts 2a and 3a of the warp threads 2 and weft threads 3 exposed on the surface are processed to be flat, respectively.

As mentioned above, the mat material of the jumping device of this invention is made by woven the mat 1 into a plain weave using aligned threads made of chemical fibers, or by applying a compression treatment to at least one side of the mat 1 to create a surface texture. Since the eyes are flat, when a jumping movement is performed and an impact load is applied to the mat 1, the sides of the vertical and horizontal threads are in contact with each other due to the flattening process due to compression, so the threads may shift. Since there is no weave, there is no weave collapse, and since it is a plain weave, even when a large load is applied locally to one or two threads, it is shared by other threads in the same direction (warp or weft). Therefore, the thread does not stretch completely, and since the weave does not collapse, it exerts sufficient elasticity and stores enough energy for the jumping movement to be used next time. This allows the jumping movement to be sustained over a long period of time.

又、糸がずれないので、使用による糸の摩滅もきわめて
少くなって耐久性は充分に向上するものである。
Furthermore, since the threads do not shift, wear and tear of the threads due to use is extremely reduced, and durability is sufficiently improved.

Moreover, by using this mat 1, in addition to its function as a jumping device, as shown in FIG.
It also has the feature that it can be used for practicing baseball pitching, tennis hitting, etc. even in a limited space.
