Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A frame-shaped chassis that surrounds on all sides a rotor portion in which a plurality of tuned coil units are fixedly arranged in a drum shape, and an electrical component wiring body including a group of fixed contacts that make appropriate electrical contact with the contacts of a selected one tuned coil unit. The tuner is assembled to a base and a shield cover is fitted to an opening of the chassis base, the tuner having an elongated base hole along the contact portion in a side plate of the chassis base near the contact portion of the fixed contact group. A turret type VHF characterized in that a large number of shield holes with partitions are bored in the shield cover in a portion corresponding to the base hole position.
