    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 小釜１の内面に密着するように形成した防錆材・　料か
    ら成る金属製の内容器３の底面に単一または複数の小孔
    ４をあけて釜内に収容し、前記小釜を密閉する金属蓋２
    の略中心部に釜内の圧力調整用小孔５を設けるとともに
    、釜開口端縁に接する位置にパツキン６を嵌装し、さら
    に金属蓋２の外周縁部に掛合部８を設け、これに対峙す
    る掛合部７を小釜１の開口縁部に設けて前記金属蓋を小
    釜開口部に脱着自在に密封したことを特徴とする釜めし
    用釜の構造。
