炊飯器において、内釜１１のガス加熱をフィン２０を多
数有する加熱板１５を介して行う間接加熱とし、該加熱
板１５を内容器１６に着脱自在且つ気密的に載置し、加
熱板１５の外周縁２１を内容器１６の外周下端部に内接
させると共に加熱板１５と内容器１６底部とで構成され
る間隙に加熱板ヒーター１７を設けた構造となし、且つ
、ジャ一部５のみ持運べる様にこんろ部１とセパレート
