低温サブマージドモータポンプにおいて、前記モータの
内圧が第１の所定圧力以上になるとモータ内外を連通し
、第１の所定圧力以上となると閉じるガス抜き弁と、前
記モータの内圧が第２の所定圧力以上となるとモータ内
外を連通し、所定の流量を流しなからモータ内部の液圧
を一定に保つ流量制御弁とを前記モータ上部に設け、更
に前記ポンプを多段ポンプに構成してポンプの中間吐出
液化ガスの一部をモータ下部から前記モータ内へ供給し
、かつ、前記ポンプの最終吐出液化ガスの一部を前記モ
ータの軸受へ供給するように構成したことを特徴゛とす
