Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] 1. An oil cooler having two stages of cooling elements, an on-off valve and a flow path switching valve for switching an oil circulation path provided in an oil pipe attached to the oil cooler, and the opening/closing valve. An oil temperature adjustment device comprising a valve and a valve operating device for operating a flow path switching valve. 2.
