Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce loss of eddy current and suppress rise of temperature, by a method wherein slits developing in the lengthwise direction are formed on coil conductive material to connect the ends stretched out from the core end portion of a stator coil. CONSTITUTION:Connection of the ends of a stator coil stretched out from the end portion of a stator core is made by brazing the stator coil conductive materials 3 that are overlaid in a body. Then, slits 4 developing in the strengthwise direction are made for each connecting portion of the coil conductive materials 3. Thus, a stray magnetic flux current area is reduced, and the temperature caused by the eddy current loss is restrained.

を設け、このスリット4を設けた巻線導体3同志を重ね
合せ、ろう付は等により接続して接続装置2aを形成し
た。このようにすることにより、漂遊磁束によるうず電
流の流れる面積がスリット4によって縮小するので、う
ず電流積が低減し、この分だけ接続装置2aの温度上昇
が低減する。温度上昇が低減するので、巻線導体3に施
された絶縁物の劣化を低減することができる。
