使用する検出磁路の他の実施例を示すもので、外装体を
検出部で横断した平面図である。 図中１は受圧部、２は検出部、２１は磁気ギャップ、３
は圧力放散部、４は外装体、５は検出磁路、５．２は検
出手段、５３は外部検出回路、６は磁性流体、７は圧力
源としその圧力流路を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　流体圧力の圧力源に連結されて流体圧力の変動を受
    ける受圧部と、この受圧部に連接する流体圧力変動の検
    出部と、該検出部を磁路の１部に包有すると共に磁路中
    に磁束検出手段を挿入し且つこの検出手段に外部検出回
    路を接続した検出磁路とを有し、上記検出部は磁路を中
    断する磁気ギャップと、この磁気ギャップ内に充填され
    た磁性流体とを備え、上記圧力源の流体圧力が通常の時
    は上記磁性流体が磁気ギャップ内に吸着されて検出磁路
    を閉磁路に維持する一方、上記流体圧力が変動した時は
    、磁気ギャップ内の磁性流体が放散されて上記検出磁路
    が磁気ギャップ位置で開磁路に変化する様に構成した流
    体圧力の変動検知装置。 ２　上記検出部の磁気ギャップが蛇行状に形成されこれ
    によって磁気ギャップの開口面積を大きくする様構成し
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流体圧力の変動
    検知装置。
