ッチング用トランジスターの導通時に導通状態となり信
号線路の音声信号を側路する第1のミューティング用ト
ランジスターと、前記スイッチング用トランジスターの
導通時に導通状態となりバイアス発振回路への電源供給
を遮断す・  る第2のミューティング用トランジスタ
ーとより成る制御回路を設け、而して前記制御回路は、
前記トリガースイッチがOFF状態にある停止時には該
トリガースイッチにて各トランジスターによる電流消費
が行なわれない完全な非作動状態に設定されているも、
前記トリガースイッチがON状態になるトリガー操作時
にはテープ駆動機構部が所定の動作位置に設定されるま
での間、即ちトリガースイッチがON状態の開作動状態
に設定され前記第1、第2ミユーテイング用トランジス
