[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to the structure of a dehumidifier that removes hydraulic power from indoor air. The pressure finger press is fixed to the bottom base to improve stability, and a water receiver is placed directly above it to further improve stability, and the compressor generates heat from the dehumidified water stored in the water receiver. absorbs the heat generated by the dehumidifier, suppressing the temperature rise in the room where the dehumidifier is installed,
Other parts, such as the evaporator and condenser, are fitted and fixed to the ribs provided on the box cabinet, so that they function as a structure that fixes the cabinet, and when the dehumidifier is installed in the corner of the room. The rectangular parallelepiped dehumidifier has an excellent design and has a structure that sucks in air from all around the room so that the dehumidifying capacity does not decrease, and so that the indoor moisture-containing air flows uniformly into the evaporator and condenser of the refrigeration cycle. It is in the place where the machine is provided.

Due to the above structure, the compressor 2' is fixed via the first intermediate base 23 and is located above the middle of the dehumidifier body, resulting in poor stability. Since the mounting plate 25 is fixed to the second intermediate base 24,
These first intermediate base 23 and second intermediate base 24 also need to function as a structure, and must have sufficient strength.

In addition, since the compressor 2' and condenser 4', which generate heat, are placed directly under the discharge grille 7', the discharged air diffuses their heat directly into the room, causing an unexpected rise in the temperature of the room. It had the disadvantage of being expensive.

本考案は上記欠点を改良する為に行なわれたものである

Immediately above these filters 10 and tray 9, an evaporator 3 wrapped with a fixing and heat insulating material 20 is fitted and fixed to predetermined ribs provided inside the cabinet on both sides of the main body 1. The condenser 4 is fixed with a screw, and the blower 5 is mounted on the upper rib via a blower support plate 21 in the direction of discharging air toward the discharge grille 7 of the main body. Reference numeral 17 denotes a handle for moving the dehumidifier main body, which is provided at the upper part of the main body 1 opposite to the discharge grille 7, and can be moved freely in conjunction with a roller 19 provided at the lower part on the same plane as the handle 17. It looks like this.

Since the dehumidifier is configured in this manner, during dehumidification operation, the filter 10 is installed immediately below the evaporator 3, and the suction grilles 6 are provided on the four opposing sides of the filter 10, so that the moisture inside the room is removed. The dehumidifying effect of the air being sucked in and immediately touching the evaporator is much better when the suction grill is located at another location, for example, compared to a structure in which it is provided around the compressor 2.

The reason for this is that with a structure in which a suction grill is provided around the compressor 2, the humid indoor air becomes high temperature and low humidity air due to the heat generated by the compressor 2, and even if that air comes into contact with the evaporator 3, it is not dehumidified. This is because the humidity inside the room does not drop at all.

In addition, as explained in the main text, the configuration of the present invention includes a compressor 2, a water receiver 8, a placing plate 9, a filter 10, an evaporator 3, a condenser 4, and a blower 5 in order from the bottom in the vertical direction. Therefore, the installation area of the dehumidifier can be small, and the dehumidifying effect does not deteriorate even if the two sides of the suction grill are closed when placed in a corner of a room, so that it is possible to provide a dehumidifier with excellent performance and design.
