Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ガスバリア性のあるプラスチック材料を成形して
    なるカップ状の容器本体２に、ガスバリア性のある材料
    からなる蓋体３を組み合わせた飲料容器において、容器
    本体２の材料が、内袖から外側に向って、クラック特性
    のよいプラスチック層２１ガスバリア性のあるプラスチ
    ック層２２および任意のプラスチック層２３を積層し′
    たものであり、そのフランジ２６の裏面に、ガスバリア
    性の層２２を通過する深さのノツチ２７を円周方向に設
    けたことを特徴とする飲料容器１゜
  2. （２）クラック特性のよいプラスチック層２１がＨｌポ
    リスチレンであり、ガスバリア性のある層２２がポリ塩
    化ビニリデンまたはエチレン／酢酸ビニル共重合体であ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項の飲料容器。
