  1. 被加工部品のステージ間搬送に使用するシャフトルバー
    に、搬送用フィンガ取付部材を作動用ヒンジピンにより
    トグル動作して開閉させるリンクを設けてなる搬送機構
    部と、該作動用ヒンジピンに係合して該作動用ヒンジピ
    ンを操作する作動リンク及びその駆動手段であるアクチ
    ュエータを固定支持体に取り付けて成る固定機構部とを
    備えたことを特徴とする搬送用フィンガの開閉装置。
