Claims (1)
この第1の環状室隆部からほぼ軸線方向内側に反転膨出
して折返す第2の環状室隆部とを設けて外周縁部に半径
方向外方に開かれた環状溝部を形成した単一板体よりな
る第1シエルと、環状溝部に外周部を嵌合させたダイヤ
フラムと、第1シエルの環状溝部を受入れる筒状部を有
する第2シエルとを備え、上記第1シエルと第2シエル
とを連結して環状溝部の内面と筒状部の内周面とでダイ
ヤフラムの外周部を密着挾持したことを特徴とする倍力
