Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the size and shape of a dried bonito convenient for shaving, by packing pieces of bonito meat in a mold, and pressure molding the pieces with a pressing tool. CONSTITUTION:Slices of bonito meat are prepared by the conventional method of cutting the raw bonito into pieces, placing the pieces in a cage, boiling the pieces, removing the boiled pieces from the cage, boning the pieces, draining the boned pieces, and roasting and drying the drained pieces to remove small bones. A ground fish meat as a binder and the resultant boned slices are placed in a mold 4 and pressure molded by a pressing tool 5. The resultant molded material is then cut, dried by roasting and in the sun, etc. and molded to give the aimed molded bonito.

識されている。それ故、鰹節削り機も、長年、其の大き
さ、其の形状の鰹節を大前提として、製作されて、鰹節
が生産されてきたのではない。本発明は、従来とは、全
く、正反対の発想に基き、個々の鰹節削り機を大前提と
して、それに適した、即ち、削るのに便利な大きさ、削
るのに便利な形状の鰹節を生産する方法を述べたもので
ある。

ある。第5図は、削り機の要部の外斜図である。(7)
は切削盤で、刃が(8)が取付けられている。(9)は
鰹節置き台。第5図では、従来の鰹節(10)が置かれ
ている台。(11)は加圧押体で、バネ等で加圧し、鰹
節置き台(9)に置かれた鰹節を、切削円盤(7)に弾
圧させ、切削円盤(7)を廻して鰹節を削ってゆくもの
である。一例として、切削円盤(7)の大きさは、直径
12cm、刃(8)の長さは5.5cmとする。従来の
鰹節(10)は置き台(9)、安定的に立たないという
欠点がある。

11)に押され、切削円盤(7)に弾圧されて削られる
。安全に、小型の機械で、自動的に即ち、便利に削られ
る。成形型の大きさは、大きくも又小さくも製作出来る
し、形状も正方形板状体以外、色々の形の成形型を製作
する事が出来る。
