安用標示板の表面に反射レンズを貼付け、光があてられ
るとこの反射レンズが輝くようにした再帰性反射物の標
示板が採用される。この再帰性反射物はそれ自体は照明
装置を必要としないので装置が簡単であるから近頃だん
だん普及されてきている。

である。従って従来の反射レンズを用いた標示板と異シ
、透明徴小球をスクリーン印刷機で印刷し付着させる製
造方法にあっては可成複雑な模様や文字面にすることが
できる。まだ工業的に比較的安価に大量生産をすること
ができる製造法の発明である。

上に同一スクリーン版を用いてオーバコート層をスクリ
ーン印刷する。使用するオーバコート要用インキはエポ
キシインキ100部、アセトン溶剤30部゛の混合イン
キで10 g/m” の層を作る。得られた製品は鉄板
の黒地11に黄色の再帰性反射物の傾斜すじ模様12が
付いたゼブラマークの保安用標示板であって鉄製フレー
ム13に吊り下げられて道路交通保安用バリケートとし
て使用される。
