A hinge that supports the transparent plate on the roof so that it can be opened and closed; a locking member that is located on the opposite side of the hinge and holds the transparent plate in a closed state with respect to the roof; and a locking member that has substantially the same shape as the transparent plate. - A shade device for a sunroof vehicle, comprising: a shade plate whose edge is inserted into a part of the hinge; and a hook attached to the lock member and holding the other line of the shade plate.
