Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform correct control stably, by supporting a stylus pressure application direction and a tracking compensation direction at one-point, and obtaining compensations in those two directions through an independent driving device. CONSTITUTION:Motion in a stylus pressure application direction and a tracking compensation direction is supported at one point by a suspension wire 17 and a damper 20, and a damper retainer 21, and the stable motion is obtained. Motion in a jitter compensation direction is supported by the viscoelastic body consisting of a leaf spring 22 and a leaf spring damper 23, and the motion is obtained independently of the tracking compensation direction.

A second example is shown below. FIG. 5 is a sectional view, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof. It shows the same content as FIG. 4. The basic configuration is the same as the first embodiment, but the direction of the magnetizing force of the magnet and the configuration of the tracking correction coil portion are different. In the second embodiment, the magnet 27 is magnetized in one direction of the cantilever.
Tracking correction coils 28 and 29 are arranged on both sides of the magnet 27, and a jitter correction coil 30 is arranged behind the magnet 27.
is fixed to. Further, one end of a lead wire 13 for transmitting a signal from the needle tip is fixed at a predetermined position at the tip of the base 14. That is, although there is a difference in the magnetization direction of the magnet and the arrangement direction of the coil, other operations and features are the same as in the first embodiment, so a detailed explanation will be omitted.
