Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily replace a nipple and a die of an extruding head without cutting a fiber material being coated, by a method wherein the nipple and the die are lowered, are opened in a wide space under the condition of being separated from a head block, and are replaced. CONSTITUTION:When an operating button for a driving means is depressed, the driving means causes a cartridge 18 to move downwards to a replacing position for the cartridge 18. At this position, a limit switch is operated to stop the driving means, and an opening and closing means 38 for a die holder is operated to open the cartridge 18. An operator replaces split halves 19, 19' of the cartridge 18 by using an appropriate replacing jig. Then, the cartridge 18 is closed and is moved upwards to an operating position, by a process reverse to the above.

線材を同じ1まで被榎厚金変えたい場合でも線材を切断
しないと交換することができないし、ニップル及びダイ
スを狭い空間内で行うので短時間で行うことができない
