Abstract

PURPOSE:To regenerate an existing pipe efficiently and securely, by a method wherein a flexible regenerating pipe is inserted into an existing pipe, thereafter a flange body is bonded to a projected tip of the regenerating pipe, and the flange body is clamped between flanges of existing pipes. CONSTITUTION:The flexible regenerating pipe 9 is inserted into the existing pipe 1 separated to a unit operating length, from one end of the pipe 1, and is projected to the exterior through an opening at the other end. Then, the flange body 12 is bonded to the projected tip of the regenerating pipe 9. A flanged joint pipe 4 fitted over the existing pipe 1 and a flanged joint pipe 8 fitted over a connecting pipe 5' connected to a separated another existing pipe are brought close to each other, the flange body 12 is tightly clamped between the flanges 10, 11 of the joint pipes 4, 8, and the joint pipes 4, 8 are fixed to the existing pipe 1 and the connecting pipe 5', respectively. Accordingly, the existing pipe can be regenerated efficiently and securely.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for rehabilitating a pipe by inserting a bowl-like historic pipe such as a polyethylene pipe into an aged R-crop pipe.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a means for efficiently and reliably performing a liquid-tight or gL-tight joining process of the end portion of a rehabilitated pipe and seven flange.

Conventionally, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-G5O'YS, and as shown in FIG. Insert the flange pipe at the end of the rehabilitated pipe into this pipe, set the thresholds facing each other, and insert the flange pipe at the end of the rehabilitated pipe into the long existing pipe. 2) and tg
By working through the dark gap between the J-cut pipe @1 and the existing pipe, both pipes were connected.
There was a way to connect to ite. This had the disadvantage of requiring cumbersome work to cut short lengths of RR pipe.
In addition, as disclosed in the same bulletin and also shown in Figure 8, a rehabilitation 1teat longer than the Muni 1a construction pipe Gυ was used, and after it was pushed in, rehabilitation was carried out on the outside of the existing pipe with false snow.

There was also a way to confront them. This is difficult to compress, and there is a risk that the rehabilitated pipe may break due to compression, or residual distortion may occur, resulting in defects. It is.

The existing pipe rehabilitation method according to the present invention is as follows: [I] ■ A combustible rehabilitation pipe is inserted into an existing pipe that has been separated into unit working lengths from one end of the pipe, and the tip of this rehabilitation pipe is connected to the other end of the existing pipe that is opened. After inserting the rehabilitation pipe until it protrudes further outside, ■ a step of joining a flange body to the protruding tip of the rehabilitated pipe;
Another existing pipe that has been IAed or a connecting pipe connected to this other existing pipe is brought close to the jacket and nine flanged joint pipes, and the seven kunji bodies are sandwiched between them. , ■ A step of fixing each joint pipe to the existing pipe 2 and another existing pipe or connecting pipe. The second period of time is not the same as this process (see Example 1). According to the present invention, there are the following advantages: ] is performed outside the end of the existing pipe, so the work is just a thread and there is no need to cut the pipe.

(b) When performing liquid-tight or air-tight joining of the 7-kunji body, rather than compressing the rehabilitated pipe, the two jointed pipes with the fukunji are moved closer together, and the ropes are clamped with bolts, etc. Therefore, the joining process is reliable and has excellent workability. (c) It is preferable for the original rehabilitation function because there is no need to put pressure on the rehabilitated pipe due to compression.
