して流体の温度が一定となるように前記バーナへの燃料
バルブの開度を制御するように構成された温度制御シス
テムにおいて、炉出口の流体温度信号を受けて前記各コ
イル間に相互干渉が無いとしてＰＩＤ制御演算を行う調
節計を持ち、各調節計の全ての出力を加算しこれにある
定数を掛けたものを補正信号として前記各調節計出力か
ら減算し、この減算出力を前記燃料バルブの開閉信号と
して用いるようにしたことを特徴とする流体温度制御装
