ルト挿通孔を穿孔した筒状の連結部材を第1の鋼管に固
定し、第2の鋼管を該連結部材に被着し、前記連結部材
の内部形状に適合しナラ)Y回転不能にかつ脱落不能に
仮止めしたナツト防止部材を、該第2の鋼管の他端から
ナツト防止部材に固着した押動棒を用いて前記連結部材
の内側に挿入し、前記ナツトが鋼管のボルト挿通孔及び
連結部材のボルト挿通孔の内側に位置するようにし、鋼
管の外側からポルドナ挿通し前記ナツトとの螺合後に、
前記ナツト保持部材をナツトを残留させたまま抜き出す
ことを特徴とするものである。
