洗濯槽２上に設けたパネル部とを備え、つまみ１１を設
けたパネルベース４を、パネルボックス３上に重ね合わ
せることにより、前記パネル部を形成し、かつ前記パネ
ルボックス３上面および前記パネルボックス３前面のフ
ック部６を前記洗濯槽２の最上端フランジより低く設置
したものにおいて、前記パネルボックス３内の下面から
一前記洗濯槽２の最上端フランジよりも上方に突出した
水浸入防止板１０を、前記フック部６に近接 −した位
置に設けるとともに、前記つまみ１１の周辺より前記パ
ネル部内に浸入した水を前記パネル部外に流出させる水
抜孔１２を、前記パネルボックス３内の下面に設けたこ
