Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to melt an oil or fat by hot air under an easy operational condition without bringing a large amount of heat loss, by a method wherein two kinds of oils or fats having different melting temperatures are respectively introduced into a high temp. and a low temp. heating chambers and hot air is appropriately recirculated between one hot air generator and the heating chambers. CONSTITUTION:One air supply duct 3 from the hot air outlet 2 of a hot air generator 1 is connected to a high temp. heating chamber 4 and the other air supply duct 5 thereof to a low temp. heating chamber 6 and hot air is ejected from respective hot air supply ports 7, 8 to heat coils or fats 9, 10 in containers. Subsequently, respective exhaust airs are introduced into the suction port 5 of the generator 1 from exhaust ports 11, 12 through recirculation ducts 13, 14. A thermostat 16 is attached to a heating chamber 4 and, when the temp. therein reaches a definite temp. or more, the operation of a burner 17 is stopped. In addition, a common shaft 18 is provided to the ducts 5, 14 and dampers 19, 20 are attached to the common shaft 18 and, when the temp. of a heating chamber 6 reaches a set temp. or more, the dampers 19, 20 are cooperated through a motor cylinder 22 by a thermostat 21 to block hot air.

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は常温に於ては固形状である油脂、薬品等を加
熱溶解する場合、溶解温度の異なる二種の油脂等を、一
台の熱風発生機により同時に溶解し、又熱風発生機と加
熱室の間の熱風を循環させて熱損失を少くした熱風によ
る油脂等の溶解装置に関するものである。従来、固形状
の油脂、薬品等の加熱溶解は温水中に浸■するか、又は
蒸気加熱によっているが、温水または蒸気をつくるため
に設備、時間、労力を多く要し、取扱い不便かつ危険で
あり、熱効率も悪く、又油脂等の中に水分の混入の怖れ
がある。本発明に於ては溶解温度の異なる二種の油脂を
それぞれの容器に入れて高温加熱室と低温加熱室とにそ
れぞれ収納し、一台の熱風発生機より発生する熱風を給
気ダクトにより、二つに分けて各加熱室に供給し、加熱
室よりの排気は還気ダクトにより、熱風発生機の送風機
の吸引側に導き、熱風を循環させて熱エネルギーの損失
を少くしたもので、高温加熱室は温度が一定以上になる
とサーモスタットにより熱風発生機のバーナの燃焼を停
止し、又低温過熱室は熱風給気ダクトおよび還気ダクト
に連動するダンパーを設けて低温加熱温度以上になると
ダンパーにより各ダクトを閉鎖し熱風を遮断してそれ以
上に温度が上昇しないようにして低温加熱を行うように
する。

又低温過熱室の給気ダクトおよび還気ダクトに連動する
ダンパーを設けて低温加熱室が、設定温度以上になると
熱風を遮断することにより低温過熱を維持することが出
来るようにした熱風による油脂等の溶解装置。
