Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体流路内に揺動自在に設けられた揺動体と、前記揺動
    体を一方向に揺動させる引張力を付与するパイアスカ用
    ばねと、前記揺動体を逆方向に揺動させる引張力を付与
    する形状記憶合金製ばねとを有し、前記面ばねの引張力
    の大きさは前記流体流路内を流れる流体温度の一定値を
    境界にして逆転するように形成されていることを特徴と
    する自゛動変向自在な揺動体。
