スタッドを前記母材の孔に嵌入すると共にこのスタッド
と前記スプリングと−を噛み合わせて、該スプリングの
弾力１こ依ってパネルを母材に取り付けるバネシレの取
り付は機構に於いて、母材にスプリングの端部を係止す
る係止孔を穿ち、また、パネルにこの係止孔と連通する
位置に係合孔を設け、前記スプリング端部を前記母材の
係止孔へ貫通させて、スプリング端部を母材から突出さ
せると同時にその突出したスプリング端部をパネルの係
合孔に係合させる事に依って母材とパネルとの相互の位
置決めを行った後、前記スタンドとスプリングの噛み合
わせに依ってパネルを母材に取り付ける事を特徴とした
