クト内に配設した冷却器により冷却した後、前記循環フ
ァンを介して昇圧しウインボツク−スへ導き、ノズルよ
り噴出させ銅帯を強制冷却す゛ る装置において
、前記の冷却器として使用されるエレメントチューブを
ダクト内に配設し、該ダクト内を仕切板で区分けしてそ
れぞれ流路を形成すると共に、一方の流路側のエレメン
トチューブをフィン無しチューブとし、他方の流路側の
エレメントチューブにフィンを形成させ、更に該流路の
入口部に循環ガスの流量比を調整できる手段を設けたこ
