ブレーキシュを有するとともに−−端を略直角に折曲げ
た引掛部を有するブレーキ基板と、このブレーキ基板の
引掛部と係脱する係止部を有するブレーキレバーとから
成り、回転中のブレーキ基板の引掛部をブレーキレバー
により係止して制動作用を行なうものにあって、前記ブ
レーキ基板の引掛部の前記ブレーキレバーとの係合−面
に前記ブレーキシュを延長して装着したことを特徴とす
