に端面コ字型をなす縦長のチェーンカバー１０をバネ蝶
番１２により蝶着し、上記主柱２の縦溝６に対して開閉
自在に設けると共に該チェーンカバー１０の下部には上
方に向けて鋭角に切断された斜面部１３を、又上部には
下方に向けて鋭角に切断されｊコ斜面部１４をそれぞれ
形成し、プラットホーム３の昇降時に該プラットホーム
３の支腕４が上記斜面部１３．１４を接動することによ
りチェーンカバー１０を開閉するようになることを特徴
