Generally, gas burners have a main flame hole formed by opening a large number of small holes, and the opening of the main flame hole is small, so that the mixture (gas ejected from the nozzle and primary air sucked in by the jet stream) is mixed. Since the ejection speed of the main flame increases, lifting of the main flame at the main flame hole is likely to occur, and flame stabilization is provided to prevent this.

The air-fuel mixture is first introduced into the burner chamber 1 and is ejected from the main flame hole 4 to form a main flame, and a portion of the mixture is sufficiently depressurized through the throttle hole 3 in the decompression chamber 2, and then ejected from the flame holding hole 5. to form a flame-holding state.

However, since such a gas burner involves drawing of the gas passage 7, etc., it is difficult to maintain processing accuracy, and variations in flame hole opening area, top bending state, etc. occur, and a satisfactory flame cannot be formed.

A part of the air-fuel mixture is ejected from the zero-restriction passage hole 3 through the depressurization chamber 2 and from the flame holding hole 5, but because it passes through a complicated path, uniform ejection cannot be obtained, resulting in variations in flame holding. A stable flame cannot be formed throughout.

If the 0-diaphragm through-hole 3 is drilled before the drawing process, the dimensional change due to the drawing process will be large, making it impossible to obtain a predetermined opening area and making it impossible to regulate the amount of flame-holding ejection.

A large number of throttle holes 12 are provided at lower positions on both sides of each main flame hole 9 of the top part 10 where the main flame holes 9 are formed, and a collision plate 13 located opposite to these throttle holes 12 is inserted into the side wall of the burner body 8. It sticks to the part.

Next, to explain the operation, the gas ejected by the nozzle and the primary air sucked in by it are thoroughly mixed in the mixing tube, and then introduced into the burner head 15 and distributed to the burner chambers 11 of each burner body 8. , each burner body 8
As the air-fuel mixture flows from the burner chamber 11 to the top 10, the flow speed increases, and it is ejected from each main flame hole 9, and forms a flame 17 with the help of the flame holding 16 that ejects from the throttle hole 12 and burns.

In order to prevent the flame 17 from lifting from the main flame hole 9, the flame holding 16 blows out a mixture of about 20% of the main flame from the burner chamber 11 through a large number of restricting holes 12, and uses the blowing force to prevent the flame 17 from lifting. As described in detail above, the present invention consists of a burner body made by bending a flat plate with a large number of small holes arranged thereon, and comprising a top part with a main flame hole and a bottom part with a burner chamber. A large number of throttle holes are formed on both sides of the lower part of the top part, and a collision plate having an air-fuel mixture collision part and a ventilation part is fixed to the side wall of the burner body at a position opposite to the throttle holes. , it is less likely to cause processing variations in the main flame hole like in the past, and the jet flow velocity is reduced on both sides of the main flame hole, allowing diffusion and mixing with the surrounding air to form a stable flame holding of equal volume. Therefore, since a good combustion state can be maintained, it has become possible to provide a flame stabilizing device that forms a stable flame with a simple structure and at low cost.
