The first free rotation clutch (one-way clutch)
A ratchet type structure as shown in the figure has been widely used. To explain this structure, 1 is a drive shaft, 2 is a ratchet wheel attached to the shaft 1 to rotate integrally via a key 3, 2 m is a lip tooth of ratchet wheel 2, and 4 is a periphery of ratchet wheel 2. A cylindrical outer circumferential metal fitting on the driven side is arranged so as to completely enclose the driven side, and a groove-shaped pawl storage recess 5 along the axial direction is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the metal fitting. 4. When the ratchet pawl 6 is pressed against the ratchet wheel 2 by the spring 7 housed and inserted into the outer spring receiver 8, and the drive shaft 1 rotates clockwise, it rotates integrally with the outer peripheral metal fitting 4. When the drive shaft 1 rotates counterclockwise, the ratchet pawl 6 is pushed toward the outer periphery against the spring 7, so that it rotates freely regardless of the outer periphery metal fitting 4.

The above-mentioned free-rotation clutch is sometimes incorporated into an engine-driven elevator that lifts people and equipment up and down power transmission towers, for example. One end is connected to a mechanism (not shown) that transmits driving force via a speed reducer, and the other end fully supports the overspeed brake mechanism 10. An L relative wheel 2 is fixed to the key 3 to the drive shaft 1, and an outer metal fitting 4, which is a driven body, is disposed on the outer circumference of the drive shaft 1, and an outer metal fitting 4, which is a driven body, is arranged on the inner circumference of the metal fitting 4 in the same manner as explained in FIG. A ratchet pawl 6 is provided to transmit the driving force in one direction.

The outer peripheral fitting 4 is provided with a pinion part 11 on the outer periphery of one end, and is rotated by engine drive while meshing with a cooker 12 connected to a rail (not shown) arranged on the O L1 power transmission line tower.
This allows the entire elevator to move down the power transmission tower along the rail.

Further, the other end of the outer circumferential metal fitting 4, which is the driven body, is coupled to an overspeed brake mechanism 10 supported on the rotating shaft 1.When this mechanism 10 rotates at a large speed than the scheduled speed, the outer circumferential fitting 4 applies the brakes and activates the safety function. Note that this mechanism is not directly related to the present invention, so details are not shown.

The reason why a free-rotation clutch is incorporated into these elevators is that when the elevator reaches the lowest point and stops while moving in the descending direction, abnormal torque is generated due to penetrating force in the drive mechanism, including the engine. This is to completely prevent rotating metal from escaping in unnecessary directions.

However, such tower elevators are used a lot during the construction of the tower, but after the tower is completed, they are only used for periodic inspections and for cleaning the insulators when salt damage occurs from typhoons, so they are disassembled and removed. It is necessary to store it in an appropriate place. Generally, disassembling the fittings of such a ratchet mechanism is not done unless there is a serious need, since this is the heart of the drive device. If it is necessary to disassemble and reassemble the sword, it is usually done in a clean factory with great care and care. However, with the above-mentioned tower lift, transmission line towers are built on mountain slopes and in places where mechanical transportation equipment cannot reach.
In many cases, it is necessary to manually transport the drive device, etc., and it becomes necessary to disassemble the drive device into about 20 pieces, which is the limit for raising the mountain. A situation arises in which the drive unit must be disassembled at the clutch section. If the clutch section is disassembled at this point, thin parts such as the ratchet pawl 6 and the spring 7 will fall off as the shaft 1 and ratchet wheel 2 are pulled out. If the fallen parts are not carefully managed, there is a risk of them being lost.
It is difficult to find parts halfway up a mountain. Moreover, the disassembly and assembly work itself was extremely troublesome.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6. First, FIG. 3 is an explanatory cross-sectional view in the perpendicular direction to the axis corresponding to the M1 diagram, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view in the longitudinal direction to the axis corresponding to FIG. Parts having the same configuration as those in the figures are given the same reference numerals to simplify the explanation. The outer circumferential metal fitting 4A, which is a driven body disposed to surround the ratchet wheel 2 of the drive shaft 1, has a small groove 13 with a zero-shaped cross section formed in the inner circumferential surface thereof, extending across the pawl storage recess 6 in the circumferential direction. Approximately similar escape grooves 14 are also formed in each of the cutter claws 6A. Then, a presser ring 15 is inserted into the grooves 13 and 14 to hold a wire with strong elasticity such as piano wire, and each ratchet pawl 6A is retracted when the shaft 1 and ratchet wheel 2 are removed. It is designed not to fall off from the fourth part 5. Both ends 15h of the retainer ring 15 are bent outward, and the bent ends 15a are continuous with the groove 13 of the outer metal fitting 4A, and the directions are inward and outward in the radial direction. A pair of through holes 16.1 are provided to extend through the entire area.
It is inserted in 6. Also, for convenience of explanation, groove 1 is shown in Fig. 3.
Although the three rings 15 are shown in the figure as being at the same cross-sectional position as the spring 7A and the spring receivers 8A and 8B, they are actually arranged in different cross-sections from each other as shown in FIG. Care is taken to avoid creating weak cross sections.

Fig. 5 shows the relationship between the relief groove 14 provided in the ratchet pawl 6A and the ring 15. The ratchet pawl 6A is formed into a groove that deepens and eventually penetrates the outer surface side, and is loosely fitted into the ring 15, so that the ratchet pawl 6A does not fall out of the pawl storage recess 5 as shown in FIG. It can swing around the end as a fulcrum, and the tip of the pawl can engage and disengage from the tooth 2& of the ratchet wheel 2.

FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram of the spring 7A and the spring receivers HA and 8B. The spring receiver 8A is threaded at the top and bottom and the lower part is screwed and fixed to the outer peripheral fitting 4A. In order to prevent the spring from being pulled out, the upper end of the spring 7A with a larger winding diameter is inserted and its lower end pushes against the ratchet pawl 68, and the upper end with the larger winding diameter is attached to the upper end of the spring holder 8A. It rides on it and is held down from above by a nut-shaped spring support 8B.

The operation of the structure of the present invention will be explained below. The barb 7 that pulls out the ratchet wheel 2 in the conventional structure shown in FIG. 6. The springs 7 are scattered by 7 tons each. For this reason, it is not possible to disassemble them into force λ parts, and when reassembling the ratchet claws 6 and springs 7.
It was troublesome to insert and assemble the ratchet wheel 2 while being careful to put it in the correct position and prevent it from popping out by hand. In order to prevent all such inconveniences, if the ratchet pawl 6 is configured to be supported by a pin, when the ratchet pawl 6 acts on the ratchet teeth 2a and transmits torque, the pin support cannot withstand the torque. It is physically difficult to provide a bottle or shaft strong enough to withstand the force required to withstand this force. As the length of the blade 6 becomes shorter and shorter, the driving force transmission ability is greatly reduced, and loosening of the bolts used to fix the sword position restraint plate causes strain and even trouble.

In contrast, in the present invention, a ring 15 with a slightly thicker cross is fitted into the groove 13 on the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral fitting 4A by using a spring action, and the bent ends 15a, 15h are completely closed. By inserting the ring 15 into the through hole 14.14, the ring 15 is completely seated and fixed in the groove 13 with pressure toward the outer circumference. There is no inconvenience caused by contact, and since the bent end 15a is visible in the hole I4, the elimination ring 15 does not rotate or move and always maintains a constant relationship with the ratchet pawl 6A. This ensures that the nail storage recesses 5) are prevented from falling off. Also, the ratchet pawl 6A that prevents the ring 15 from falling off has a relief #14 through which the ring 15 passes, so it can swing and the teeth 21L of the ratchet wheel 2
It is possible to engage and disengage from it in the same way as conventional ones. Moreover, the ratchet pawl 6A is not so much as to separate the left and right sides, as it is simply notched, and since the ratchet pawl 6A is notched along the torque transmission direction, there is no strength problem. Furthermore, since the ring 15 is disposed within the relief #114, the movement of the ratchet pawl 6A in the axial direction is restricted. When disassembling from such an assembled state, the ratchet wheel 2
Even if the ratchet pawl 6A is pulled out, the ratchet pawl 6A is restrained by the ring 15 in the radial and axial directions, so that it is prevented from falling off and flying off.
A will not pop out ○ Also, when assembling, ring 15
Since the ratchet pawl 6A can be held in the correct position in advance, assembly can be carried out reliably by slowly rotating the ratchet wheel 2 and pushing it in. When assembling the ring 15, there was no switching and the groove z
3. There is no need to check that the mechanism is properly installed in the J4 with unskilled hands, and there is no need to check the operation of the mechanism to ensure that it is installed correctly in the J4, and there is no dust that is extremely disliked by machines. It is possible to prevent the intrusion of dirt and foreign matter, which is extremely convenient from the viewpoint of machine protection.

Next, when disassembling the ratchet pawl 6+A in detail for maintenance and inspection, remove the shaft 1 and ratchet wheel 2.
After all the rings have been pulled out, by pressing the bent ends 15*, 15h in the through holes 16.16 with an appropriate tool, the ring 15 can be easily removed, and each lovette claw 6Af can be taken out. At this time, the spring 7A has a large winding diameter at the upper end and cannot be pulled out from the spring receiver 8A, so there is no risk of it flying out. This spring 7A) can be removed by removing the spring receiver 8B from the outside of the outer peripheral metal fitting 4A, which is the driven body. . This allows disassembly and assembly work for detailed maintenance and inspection to be carried out easily and safely.

The present invention prevents the L relate set claw from falling off the ring as described in detail above, so that the clutch part, which should not be disassembled, can be disassembled or reassembled under unfavorable conditions. It is extremely easy to perform, eliminates the risk of parts being lost, and is highly reliable. If this structure is applied to general equipment, assembly and maintenance work will be made easier. The result is a high-performance clutch that does not have any negative effect on the original clutch function.
