下端部に内側方に向かって水平に屈曲した内向きリップ
８を連設し、前記ウェブ１から該内向きリップ８の下面
間の高さとウェブ１から前記外向きリップ６の上面間の
高さとを等しく成すと共に、前記内向き凸部５の内面間
距離Ｌ１と前記外向き凸部４の外面間距離Ｌ２とを実質
