Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 矩形箱体に組立てられるべく予め製品の周囲4面を被覆
するパネルを一端より順に連接し、かつ、各4面のパネ
ルの上下に製品の上下面を被覆するフラップを一連に有
する如く打抜かれたブランクシートを展開状態のまま多
数重合立架したマガジンから1枚づつ立った状態のまま
で取り出して組立箱詰装置の所定位置へ送り出す様にし
たブランクシート供給装置と、上記ブランクシート供給
装置により送り出されたブランクシートの一端から2番
目の後パネル部の一側位置に直交する如く配置され、製
品を該パネル面に向けて直交方向に押し出す製品供給台
と、上記2番目の後パネル部の他側位置に直交する如く
配置され、上記製品供給台から押し出される製品と共に
ブランクシートを受は入れ支持し得る前面が開口した内
部空間をもち、この内部空間が製品及びブランクシート
を受は入れる際、ブランクシートの1番目と3番目の胴
パネルを製品の両側面に密着する如く、上記2番目の後
パネル部との両側境界部で直角に折畳む一対の胴パネル
折畳用ガイド、上記2番目の後パネル部の下部後フラッ
プを製品の下面に折畳む転走兼下部後フラツプ折畳用ロ
ーラー、上記2番目の後パネル部の上部後フラツプを製
品の上面に折畳む上部後フラツプ折畳用ガイドとで枠体
状に組付けられ、かつ、水平に横振り可能とされた往復
揺動装置と、上記横振り過程での4番目の前パネル部の
揺動軌跡範囲内に定置され、横振り動作に関連して上記
前パネル部を製品の最後の側面に密着する如く折畳む前
パネル折畳用ガイドと、上記往復揺動装置で横振りされ
た位置に設けられ、前記往復揺動装置の前面開口から製
品と共に製品を包囲する箱体を押し出す手段と、上記押
し出された箱体で包囲された製品を両側より挟持して搬
出するベルトコンベアと、上記製品の搬出通路に沿って
配設された、4番目の前パネルの上下部の前フラツプを
製品の上下面に折畳む上下部の前フラツプ折畳用ガイド
、1番目と3番目の胴パネルの上下部の両側フラップを
製品の両側上下面に折畳む上下両側フラツプ折畳用ガイ
ドからなるフラップ折畳装置とで構成されていることを
