Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は被結束物を結束する結束材にタグを自動的に取
付ける装置に関するもので、タグに特別な加工を要する
事なく結束材へのタグの装着を容易にすると共に、結束
機による被結束物の結束時にタグ両端の平面接触の取付
けを可能として、被結束物の損傷防止及びタグ自身の保
護を計ることのできる構成簡単なタグ自動取付装置を提
供することを目的としたものである。

間にタグを供給するタグ押し出し板のシリンダ動作によ
る往復直線運動機構と、凸金具を凹金具に向って閉合及
び開離する垂直力向の旋回昇降運動機構との二つの作動
機構の組合せのみで、タグを結束材に挿着できると共に
、結束材の巻締めによりタグを他力向位置に移動するこ
となく、そのま〜の状態で被結束物に定着することが出
来、タグの取付のプロセス、装置の構成が大巾に簡略化
できる。

坦近傍に復元したのち被結束物に接触し締付は結束され
るのてキズの発生の虞れがない。
