リップフロップ回路をり、セットすることにより、ポン
プ駆動を停止させ、異常時には異状検出信号を前記定量
操作ユニットに停止信号として入力するとともに、第２
のワンショットマルチ回路出力が第１．のワンショット
マルチ回路出力の後に出力するように遅延時間を与え第
２のワンショットマルチ回路出力により前記フリップフ
ロ、ツブ回路をリセットし、ポンプを緊急停止させるこ
