Conventionally, in this type of hammer, for example, as shown in the first diagram, a protrusion is provided at the tip of the hammer body material plate a, an under felt c is adhered to this, and a thick wall is attached on top of it from the bass side to the treble side. It is known to wrap and glue a thin top bell) and cut it as shown by the dotted line to obtain a number corresponding to each string.

This is because the piano requires a large string striking force on the bass side, short contact time and high hardness on the treble side to prevent reabsorption of the striking force, and the fact that there is no uneven tone from treble to bass. It was used to meet the following needs.

However, when this device was used for an electric piano, the weight of the hammer on the bass side was heavy, which caused a large impact on the string itself, and produced large impact and vibration noises, making it unsuitable for use in electric pianos.

Various methods have been considered for this purpose, but it is possible to make the impact noise and vibration noise of the strings themselves small, and to make the resulting sound uniform in tone and volume from bass to treble like a real piano. There wasn't.

Traditionally, this unevenness in tone and volume has been corrected by processing such as filing and pickering, but this adjustment not only requires a lot of effort, but also has drawbacks such as the fact that only an experienced person with many years of experience can correct it correctly. was there.

The object of the present invention is to provide a hammer for an electric piano that does not have such drawbacks. The hammer for an electric piano is made by covering the front end including these elastic columns with leather, and the second invention is a hammer for an electric piano in which the front end surface of the hammer body material plate is provided with an appropriate interval along its length. then 2
A hammer for an electric piano according to the first invention, characterized in that elastic pillars of a book are glued together, the front end including these two elastic pillars is covered with leather, and this is cut along a line perpendicular to the length direction. The third invention is a manufacturing method, in which two elastic columns are bonded to the front end surface of the main body material plate along the length thereof with at least one side inclined, and the two elastic columns are included. A method for manufacturing an electric piano hammer according to the first invention, characterized in that the front end is covered with leather and the leather is cut along a line perpendicular to the length direction.

次に本発明の実施例を別紙図面について説明する。Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

In FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 indicates a hammer body, and two elastic columns 2, 3 made of urethane rubber or other material are attached to the front surface of the hammer body 1.
The front end of the hammer body 1 including these elastic columns 2 and 3 is covered with a synthetic resin or other leather 4, and both ends are adhered to the hammer body 1 to form a hammer A. did.

The spacing between the elastic columns 2 and 30 was widened on the bass side and gradually narrowed toward the treble side, so that the elastic columns 2 and 3 were in contact with each other in the treble section.

Therefore, if the weight of each hammer A is matched to that of the treble side hammer, all of them will be lighter, the impact noise and vibration noise on the bass side strings will be reduced, and the contact area with that string will become larger, thereby emphasizing the fundamental tone component and suppressing harmonics. Press down to create a so-called bass-like tone.

In each of the hammers shown in the above embodiments, the spacing between the two elastic columns 2.3 is set separately, but setting the spacing individually increases the number of errors.

The embodiments shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 are designed to prevent such errors from occurring, and one of the two elastic columns 2b and 3b, 2b, is attached to the front of the hammer body material plate 1b as shown in FIG. At the same time, it is glued in parallel to the side edge of the front surface, and the other side 3b is tilted to make it wider at one end, and joined and glued at the other end,
Next, as shown in Figure 6, the front ends of the elastic columns 2b and 3b were covered with a band-shaped leather 4b and adhered.

As described above, according to the present invention, by setting the interval between the two elastic columns, it is possible to obtain a hammer corresponding to each string, and there is no need to increase the weight on the bass side, thereby reducing the impact noise of the strings and The vibration noise is reduced, and by widening the string striking area on the bass side, it is possible to suppress harmonics and obtain an emphasized bass sound from the speaker, and a sound with even tone and volume. In addition, by setting the spacing between the elastic columns on the hammer body material plate and attaching them, multiple hammers corresponding to the desired string can be installed at the same time. By gluing them at an angle, it is possible to simultaneously create a plurality of hammers corresponding to a plurality of strings of an electric piano.
